Inspections and Maintenance Plug-in
OnGuard Safety have developed a multi pronged solution to alleviate the ever increasing demand for cost effective and time efficient solutions to machine inspections and maintenance requirements. The Inspections and Maintenance Plug-in allows you to easily conduct and record your mandatory regular inspections and fulfil your obligations towards machine maintenance record keeping.
The Inspections and Maintenance Plug-in can be used with a smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Access is via a unique QR Code generated by the system.
The Inspections and Maintenance Plug-in is also an invaluable Asset Register, allowing for life cycle and inspection frequency to be setup and tracked. If an inspection is missed, the system alerts the Administrator indicating the appropriate course of action.
Any machine in your existing subscription will appear in the Inspection and Maintenance register. Contact us through our Message page and request a ZOOM demonstration.

Effective Differentiation Engagement Strategy – Plug-in
Students that have been identified as needing additional assistance with the OnGuard Safety Training system can now be added as EDES – Effective Differentiation Engagement Strategy. This will unlock the ability to produce a printed simplified version of the Safe Operating Procedures, the test with answers and a certificate. The test date can also be manually entered into the system to complete your record keeping obligations. Once activated, if a unit in your subscription is available as an EDES unit, it will automatically appear.
